Terms

Thank you for your interest in my artwork! Please read the following information regarding your purchase and indicate your acceptance or declination of these terms by choosing the appropriate button at the bottom of this page.

Framing

Frames are not included. Unless otherwise noted, all paintings are done on gallery-stretched, back-stapled canvas, making frames optional. Drawings (i.e., charcoal, pastel, graphite, and pen and ink) include a beveled mat, foamcore backing, and are protected by archival-quality acetate bags.

Payment

Pay securely via a personal check, debit or major credit card via Paypal.

Tax

A tax of 8.25% will be added to all purchases made from locations in Texas.

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping charges (ground) and insurance are included in the cost of paintings or drawings to the 48 contiguous states. Purchaser is responsible for expedited shipping charges and/or all shipment fees to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Please contact me at Kristine@KKArtStudio.com for a quote.

Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via e-mail at Kristine@KKArtStudio.com as a courtesy so that I may attempt to resolve any questions or concerns you have. However, if you still wish to return an item, the following conditions MUST be met in order to receive a full refund, less original shipping and insurance charges paid by the artist:

  1. Artwork must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Artwork must be returned in its original packing materials and box.
  3. Artwork must be insured for its full purchase value.
  4. Return shipping costs (and insurance) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
