Succulent shrimp steamed in spiced beer. An excellent main course or appetizer.
In a stock pot, combine first seven ingredients. Stir, then cover and bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Reduce heat. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes, covered, or until shrimp turn pink. Serve shrimp topped with fresh, chopped parsley, to taste.
